Finding the right venue can sometimes be a daunting task, we are here to help guide you through the process. This is an impartial service as we claim an agent's commission from the venue direct regardless of the discounts offered to you.
Search & Selection Process:
We begin our extensive search of relevant venues, once we have gained a full understanding of your criteria.
Discuss our Findings and Options:
Once the search is completed, we will contact you to discuss all options available. Ultimately the decision will be yours.
Decision:
Once a decision has been made by you, we will then begin the final stages of our negotiations with the venue and our services.
Procure & Confirm:
Ideal Events will secure and confirm the event at the best possible rates and copies of the confirmation will be given directly to you, the client. Once this has been done to your satisfaction, our services will conclude and you will be in direct contact with the venue management team, unless you require our further assistance.
