Rosa Johnson set up a UK Event Planning business back in the 90’s and was involved with a variety of projects ranging from planning small seminars to 4 days conferences with delegate numbers in excess of 500 within the UK and Europe.
After working for many years in the Event Planning business in the UK and combining a wide range of experience from secretarial, administration and recruitment to managerial and event planning, Rosa moved to the United States in 2002.
Although the levels of complexity differ, the aim and goals of Ideal Events always remain the same for all events. That is to ensure that listening to the clients’ needs and expectations is always a priority, whilst overseeing the event to its successful conclusion on the day.
